Annual Meeting Registration Fees

Annual Meeting registration fee includes all program content from Thursday, May 14th starting at 4:00 pm through Sunday, May 17th at 12:30 pm. Thursday morning workshops (e.g., OPAT, HIV) are a separate fee. The following meals and refreshments are included in registration fee: Welcome Reception on Thursday evening, Scientific Poster Session Reception on Friday evening, Exhibitor Reception on Saturday evening, Continental Breakfast on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, and all scheduled breaks.
Please note that your registration fee does not cover your incidental expenses or expenses of a spouse or guest, including their travel, hotel room, or meals. All meal functions are for the program participants only. Should your spouse or guest wish to join you for meals, please contact AG Communications directly via phone at 203.395.4587 or via e-mail at

Stewardship Team & ID Resident + Residency Director/Coordinator Team Registration Information:
- To receive the discounted Stewardship Team registration fee OR the ID Resident + Residency Director/Coordinator Team registration fee, you must register two people.
- Stewardship Team is a pharmacist plus a physician.
- ID resident team is the ID pharmacy resident plus either the residency program director or the residency program coordinator.
